The personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect the following personal data you collect from users and site visitors.
Name, email address, address purchase information for the purposes of contacting you regarding your queries or purchase of coaching, training or other support services.
In communicating with ADHDing with Anj, you may share sensitive personal data such as information about your health. We will only keep this data as long as is needed to respond to your query, or while you are a coaching client. We do this on the basis that it is of legitimate interest (under GDPR) to keep this information. However, you can request the removal of your data or consent at any time. The right to request does not include any data we have to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Contact forms
We collect your name and email address and any other personal data you share with us. This is kept so we can respond to your query or while you are accessing counselling, training or another service. We keep this no more than 12 months after the query has been received or the service provided has been completed/terminated.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form. The visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string is also collected to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
MailPoet newsletter & emails
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.
We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive or are about the services we provide to you.
To send you emails, we use the name and email address you give us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service. This is to prevent abuse of the system.
This website can send emails through the MailPoet Sending Service. This service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters.
No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.

WooCommerce
WooCommerce collects information about you during the checkout process when you purchase services from ADHDing with Anj via the online store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, WooCommerce tracks:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Who we share your data with
Our website uses the plugins listed above, so you can purchase coaching and other services. We hold personal data including name, address, email and payment details securely and only keep them as long as needed to comply with financial regulations.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
We hold your personal as long as it is needed to respond to your queries or deliver coaching, training or other agreed services to you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You can request us for an export of all the personal data that is processed by ADHDing with Anj. We will provide you with an export of your collected and processed personal data.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

How ADHDing with Anj protects your data
It’s important that your data remains secure. At ADHDing with Anj, data is held securely and re security of systems including plugins are reviewed on a quarterly.
The data breach procedures
In the unfortunate situation that a data breach that involves or is likely to involve your personal data we will assess the situation and take appropriate action. This may including contacting you to let you know what has occurred and what we’re doing about it, taking remdial actions, reporting to the breach or potential to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Potential or actual data breaches are investigated and where possible actions are taken to address the breach and future potential breaches from occuring.
